*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. The day an order is placed or fulfilled does not count as a transit day. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for order fulfillment in most cases. **Delivery times are approximate for most US States and are not guarantees of order delivery dates.
Orders addressed to PO Boxes will ship via UPS SurePost: This shipping method combines the UPS Ground network with final delivery provided by the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that orders shipped to PO Boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.
Shipping Refunds: We will only refund shipping charges on orders if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was damaged. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in the UPS or USPS delivery networks.
Order Changes and Cancellations: While we make every effort to ship your order promptly, we do not have control over the final delivery date of your package. We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

Free Shipping and Free Returns Offer: Orders with a subtotal of $175.00 or more are eligible for free UPS Ground service shipping within the US where UPS Ground shipping is available, for a limited time. The discount is automatically applied at checkout, and no promo code is necessary. Please note that during a Free Shipping promotion, the discount is only eligible for UPS Ground shipping within the US where UPS Ground shipping is available. In accordance with our return policy, a free UPS shipping label will be included with your shipment. If needed, a free UPS Ground shipping label for return service may be obtained online or by contacting customer service. This offer is not valid for international shipments to locations outside of the US.
Same-Day Shipping: If your order was placed before our shipping cut-off time of 1:30pm EST on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding company holidays), it may be shipped the same day. While we strive to ship orders within one to three business days, we cannot guarantee same-day or one-day shipping. Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery, and orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delivery Options: For specific delivery requirements, we strongly recommend selecting an air or express service such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air. Ground and 3rd Day Select service shipments may experience additional delivery delays, and UPS does not guarantee the delivery date for Ground service. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are proud to offer international shipping. Please expect orders to be processed within 3-5 business days and anticipate approximately 2-3 weeks of shipping time. UNITED STATES APO, DPO, FPO: Please note that orders sent to APO, DPO, FPO military addresses are shipped via USPS, and delivery may take up to three weeks.
