We want you to love your Alinari Firenze piece. If you don't, you can return it within 60 days.
60-day returns
You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return it – whether it's damaged, the wrong item, or you've simply changed your mind. Exchanges are also welcome within 60 days.
Condition
Please return items unused, with all tags attached. Custom or personalised orders can't be returned unless they are faulty.
How to return
Email alinarifirenzeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions and the return address.
Return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 10 working days to your original payment method.
Returns from outside the EU (including the UK)
Please mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to help avoid customs charges. Any customs charges or import VAT on a return are the customer's responsibility.

Every Alinari Firenze leather bag is designed in Florence, made in Italy and cut from full-grain Italian leather sourced from Florence.
Each bag is handcrafted by skilled craftspeople, and we choose the leather for how it feels in the hand and how it ages with you. The Maxima, for example, is croc-embossed full-grain Italian leather.
The result is a bag designed to be carried for years, not seasons.
All orders are dispatched from Florence.
Delivery takes 1–3 business days in Europe, 2–5 in the UK and 3–7 in the USA.
We email you as soon as your order ships.
We offer a 60-day return window, because considered purchases deserve time.
If your piece isn’t quite right, simply return it in its original condition.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return.
We offer free delivery to Europe, the UK and the USA. Orders are dispatched from Florence, Italy. For parcels outside the EU, including the UK, any import duties or VAT are shown or collected according to local rules.
Store your bag in its Alinari Firenze dust bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Wipe occasionally with a soft, dry cloth and avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
A light leather conditioner once or twice a year will help preserve its softness and natural sheen.
