Yes, within 60 days of receiving it. Return postage is paid by the customer, and we refund you within 10 working days of receiving your return.

Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free to Europe, the UK and the USA.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 1–3 working days in Europe (including Italy), 2–5 in the UK and 3–7 in the USA.
How will I know my order has shipped?
We email you as soon as your order ships.

Repairs are free within the guarantee period. Outside the guarantee, or for accidental damage, we will send you a quote.

How do I care for my leather bag?
- Apply a leather conditioner about every 6 months.
- Store it in a cool, dry place.
- Keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture.
What if it gets wet?
Blot it gently with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally, away from heat.
Custom orders
Can I customise a handbag?
Yes, on selected styles: colours, materials and initials. Email us for details.
Can I return a custom order?
No, unless it is faulty. Please check the details carefully before you order.

Which bag should I choose?
For work and travel, the Maxima Croco Tote is a croc-effect leather tote that fits a 15.6" laptop. For an everyday bag, the Navona Classic is a black leather shoulder bag you can also wear crossbody. Every Alinari Firenze leather bag is designed in Florence, made in Italy and cut from full-grain Italian leather sourced from Florence.
Each bag is handcrafted by skilled craftspeople, and we choose the leather for how it feels in the hand and how it ages with you. The Maxima, for example, is croc-embossed full-grain Italian leather.
The result is a bag designed to be carried for years, not seasons.
All orders are dispatched from Florence.
