Free delivery
Delivery is free on every order to Europe, the UK and the USA.
When will my order arrive?
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Europe, including Italy: 1–3 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- USA: 3–7 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order updates
We email you as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes
For parcels outside the EU, including the UK and the USA, any import duties or VAT are shown or collected according to local rules.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change something, email alinarifirenzeofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it within 60 days – see our Returns & Refunds page.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email alinarifirenzeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.
