Orders within the UK are typically dispatched within 2-3 days, while deliveries to Europe or the USA take approximately 3-5 business days. For other international countries, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

During busy periods, such as seasonal sales, there may be a slight delay in dispatching your order. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and begin from the day of dispatch. Alinari Firenze cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

To ensure successful delivery, it is important that someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is present, the courier will retain the package, allowing you to arrange a new delivery time. Alternatively, if you prefer not to sign the scanner or paper upon delivery, the courier may leave the shipment and record a full name as proof of delivery.
